This is an exciting enterprise...
...just jumped in feet first to begin to write about one of my favorite sweets in the world.....CHOCOLATE. This blog is in process so please be patient as it unfolds before your very eyes. I would imagine it will change a lot in the beginning and your thoughts are so very welcome.
